Shipping Policy
At Enimini, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time across Pakistan. Where we also ship internationally, delivery windows follow the same care - see checkout for your region.
Delivery time
- Major cities: 2–4 working days
- Other cities: 3–5 working days
- Remote areas: 4–7 working days
Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or due to courier delays.
Order processing
- Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Payment method
- Cash on delivery (COD) available nationwide where we offer COD.
- Online payment options may be added for your region - see checkout for what is available today.
Shipping charges
- Free delivery on selected products and offers (shown on the product or at checkout).
- Otherwise a small flat shipping fee applies - for Pakistan this is often in the Rs 250–350 range where couriers require it; your exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, WhatsApp, or email so you can follow your parcel.
Failed delivery
Please ensure your address and phone number are correct. If delivery fails because of wrong details or nobody is available to receive the package, re-delivery charges may apply.
